All tip-offs are treated with discretion. If your safety depends on confidentiality, please indicate this in your message and we will handle your communication accordingly. For sensitive tip-offs, we recommend contacting us via Signal or a secure email service such as ProtonMail.

Corrections & Complaints
We hold ourselves to a high standard of accuracy. If you believe we have made a factual error, misrepresented something, or acted in breach of the South African Press Code, please let us know.
Please include:
- The article title and URL
- The specific claim or detail you believe is incorrect
- Any supporting information or evidence you can provide
Verified corrections will be applied promptly and acknowledged publicly on the article. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate it to the Press Council of South Africa at presscouncil.org.za.
